Australia Day

Australia Day today with no particular plans for the day. Jo and I decided to set off in the car with thoughts of maybe going down to Port Arthur for the day. We got as far as Sorrell and stopped to have a look through the Aussie day Market. This took a while and we spent some money at both the cake stall and also the plant stall. After leaving the market we decided not to press on south and set off for Richmond instead. We had a delicious lunch at a cafe in town and then a stroll along the riverside. We got home again. I put the cricket on whilst Jo planted her new plants in the garden.

Corryong 2007

January again and again it is off to Corryong for the annual camping trip. Here's what you do at Corryong. Grab a good book from the second hand book shop, bring your chair and join the readers circle in the middle of the creek. Great fun!

Of course when you get too hot sitting on your chair, you can just jump right in

Some of course prefer to sit on the bank

This was our 'tent' for the week!
