Sailing the ocean waves

Well on Tuesday night this week Jo and I sailed the ocean waves from Devonport to Melbourne. All Jo's fears came to nothing as it was as smooth and calm as you could possibly hope for. We had a window in our cabin and woke to the sight of Port Philip Bay right outside our window. Jo looked none the worse for wear the next morning and later on Wednesday we picked up the rest of the family at Tullamarine Airport.

Welcome to the mainland - will be good to catch you on Christmas day.
I sailed on a ship for two days along the coast of Papua (Irian Jaya). I spent most of my time at the front (bow) of the ship with the wind in my face watching the flying fish. Didn't get seasick at all!
